How to order products from China to your shop in Sarawak — step by step

Sourcing clothes and accessories from China is the standard playbook for fashion shops in East Malaysia — the problem has always been the process: language, payment, quality checks and shipping. This guide shows the exact flow we run for our customers, where you pay the platform directly for goods and we handle everything after the parcel reaches our China warehouse.

Step 1. Pick your products

Two easy ways: browse the best-selling styles on our site (all proven sellers from live TikTok shops, 30-piece-friendly categories: women's wear, kidswear, accessories), or find your own products on Taobao, JD, Pinduoduo or 1688.

Step 2. Send your list, get a MYR freight estimate

WhatsApp us the styles, colours, sizes and quantities — or just the links. We confirm availability and quote the freight in MYR (not RMB), based on volume. No commitment at this point.

Step 3. Order and pay the platform directly

This is the part most people worry about, so we keep it simple: your money goes straight to the platform — it never passes through us. We guide you through the ordering screens step by step and give you our China warehouse address as the delivery address.

Step 4. We receive and check your goods

Parcels land at our warehouse in Foshan, Guangdong. We count, inspect for obvious defects, photograph, and flag anything wrong before it ships.

Step 5. Weekly consolidation — share a container, cut the cost

Clothes are light but bulky. We strip cartons and vacuum-compress every item, then combine your goods with other customers' shipments into one weekly sea container. One of our best-selling dresses compresses to about 0.0022 CBM — a full 1 CBM holds roughly 450 pieces.

Step 6. Sea freight to Sarawak — customs handled

Container departs weekly to Kuching, Sibu, Bintulu, Miri and other Sarawak towns. Transit is about 18–26 days from container closing. Customs clearance and import duty are included in our freight rate — no surprise bills at the port.

Step 7. Delivered to your door

Final delivery to your shop is charged by volume (free up to 0.40 CBM, then RM 60–200 by tier). You get shipment photos and a delivery date before it moves.

• Volume is money. Freight is charged by CBM after compression — filling a container properly can halve your per-piece cost.
• Very small orders cost more per piece. Freight and handling are volume-based, so most shop owners order 30+ pieces to make shipping worthwhile.
• Not urgent? Always sea. Air express (5–7 days) is several times pricier per piece — use it only for emergency top-ups.
