1. What we collect / Apa yang kami kumpul

EN: When you contact us via WhatsApp or submit an enquiry form, we collect only the details you provide: your name, shop name, city, phone number, product categories of interest and estimated order quantity. We do not collect payment details — you pay the platform (Taobao, JD, Pinduoduo) or our Malaysian trade partner directly.

BM: Apabila anda menghubungi kami melalui WhatsApp atau menghantar borang pertanyaan, kami hanya mengumpul maklumat yang anda berikan: nama, nama kedai, bandar, nombor telefon, kategori produk dan anggaran kuantiti pesanan. Kami tidak mengumpul maklumat pembayaran.

2. How we use it / Cara kami gunakan

• EN: To prepare and send you freight quotations, confirm orders, arrange delivery to your shop, and follow up on your enquiries. We do not sell, rent or share your personal data with third parties for marketing. Your enquiry details are shared only with our Malaysian trade partner strictly for customs clearance and delivery of your shipment.
• BM: Untuk menyediakan sebut harga fret, mengesahkan pesanan, mengatur penghantaran ke kedai anda dan mengikut laporan pertanyaan anda. Kami tidak menjual atau berkongsi data peribadi anda untuk pemasaran. Butiran pertanyaan anda dikongsi hanya dengan rakan kongsi kami di Malaysia untuk pelepasan kastam dan penghantaran.

3. Analytics / Analitik

EN: We collect anonymous visit statistics (pages viewed, approximate country, browser type) to improve the website. This data cannot identify you personally. We do not use advertising trackers.

BM: Kami mengumpul statistik lawatan tanpa nama (halaman, negara anggaran, jenis pelayar) untuk menambah baik laman web. Data ini tidak boleh mengenal pasti anda.

4. Retention / Pengekalan

EN: Enquiry records are kept for as long as needed to serve your orders and comply with tax/customs requirements, then deleted. You may ask us to delete your data at any time.

BM: Rekod pertanyaan disimpan selagi perlu untuk pesanan anda dan keperluan cukai/kastam, kemudian dipadamkan. Anda boleh meminta kami memadamkan data anda pada bila-bila masa.

5. Your rights / Hak anda

EN: You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. Contact us on WhatsApp and we will action it within 7 working days. This policy follows the Malaysian Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA 2010).

BM: Anda boleh meminta akses, pembetulan atau pemadaman data peribadi anda pada bila-bila masa. Hubungi kami di WhatsApp — tindakan dalam 7 hari bekerja. Polisi ini mengikut Akta Perlindungan Data Peribadi Malaysia (PDPA 2010).
